Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor less experienced staff
• Use relevant Structural/Bridges design software
• Develop networks with global technology leaders for Bridges
• Ensure that quality control plans are followed, incorporation of health and safety into design
• Delivering bridges design, project documentations including reports and contract documents for various design stages like: feasibility studies, tenders designs, detailed designs etc.
• Managing your own Bridges projects and liaising with other project managers
• Tracking of project programs and delivery dates
• Undertaking technical reviews and checking
• Liaising with contractors and clients, both external and internal
• Assistance to others with bidding (technical)
• Deliver projects in English

Here's what you'll need

• Master in relevant accredited engineering degree
• Chartered Engineer of an appropriate professional body
• Very good command of English
• Experience of leading multi-disciplinary projects
• Relevant experience gained within a design office particularly in the field of Bridges design, analysis, assessment, inspection and reports
• Good presentation skills
• Personal skills: well organized, Team player but with an ability to work independently when required
