Job Overview

We are looking for a Lead Urban Designer with 10+ years of experience in urban design, master planning, and urban regeneration. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in rehabilitation projects, urban character analysis, streetscape and public realm design. This role requires expertise in developing context-sensitive urban solutions that enhance livability, functionality, and sustainability.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Education: Master's degree in urban design.

Experience: 10+ years of experience in urban design, with a focus on rehabilitation and redevelopment projects.

Technical Proficiency: Strong command of GIS, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite and parametric design tools.

Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of urban planning laws, FSI regulations, land use zoning, and building codes.

Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and team leadership skills.
