We've delivered O&M services for clients in government and industry for over 40 years and are responsible for operations at more than 300 water and wastewater treatment facilities. The O&M business is an important element of Jacobs' plan for growth.
Jacobs is seeking an Operations Management (O&M) Growth & Sales Leader who will ensure client satisfaction and help support growth in our Operations Management Facilities Services (OMFS) practice in the United States and Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a thorough understanding of our business development and sales priorities, and work to ensure that Jacobs is the provider-of-choice for our clients. You'll be a self-motivated professional capable of working independently and have approximately 10 years of Operations and Maintenance (OM) sales experience. The location for this position will preferably be in a Central/Midwest location. Candidate must live near a major airport. Position will require up to 50% travel.

The base salary range for this position is $160,000.00 to $220,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
