We are looking for a driven and curious Senior Civil Designer at either of our Cincinnati, OH/Conshohocken, PA/Indianapolis, IN/Cary, NC locations to support our Built Environment team.

As a key member of our Cincinnati, OH/Conshohocken, PA/Indianapolis, IN/Cary, NC offices, you'll get to grow your skills and join our team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery designing state of the art structures. You'll work closely with clients and construction trade partners as you develop design concepts, create models from scratch, and coordinate designs to consider existing conditions and other disciplines. You'll convey civil design requirements to the construction team through traditional 2D paper deliverables and/or AutoCad design models.

You'll also have the chance to provide leadership for a small project with a team of designers, establishing project standards, procedures, training, developing your team, and building and maintaining team morale. You'll also coordinate the work of the designer team, assigning work, balancing workloads, monitoring progress towards deadlines, and ensuring quality standards are met. Here's what you'll need:

• At least 10 years of drafting and design experience in the civil design field
• At least 3 years of AutoCAD design
• Experience working on traditional steel and concrete structures

Ideally, you'll also have:

• At least 4 years of AutoCAD experience
• Experience working on traditional steel and concrete structures
• Experience leading a team of Designers
• Experience with healthcare/institutional/commercial buildings
• Experience working on complex civil design components

Posted Salary Range: Minimum $80,600.00 to Upper $140,000.00
