Fire Protection Design Professional

Experienced fire protection design professional with strong expertise in developing and reviewing fire safety systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Skilled in preparing detailed layouts, hydraulic calculations, and compliance documentation in line with NFPA, NBC, and local codes.

• Designer shall carry out Technical Design, drawing and documentation as directed by Lead Engineer.
• Designer shall Assist in the checking of drawing prior to submission to the Lead Engineer for approval.
• Designer shall Apply his technical knowledge to the Engineering Design to ensure that a consistently high standard is maintained.
• Designer Ensure effective communications with all stakeholders.
• Designer shall Co-ordinate with Other team Members Intra disciplinary / interdisciplinary.
• Shall Exhibit the Technical Domain knowledge.
• Preparation of all Project related activities like, drawing preparation, 3D Model, Review of Drawings and or 3D model, BOQ extraction from 3D model, Clash free model.
• Adherence to Department Work Instruction and QMs Manual

Here's what you'll need

Diploma/ ITI with Min 5-15 years of experience in designing Fire protection system (Hydrant, sprinkler, extinguisher, MVWS, HVWS System, gas suppression system, pre-action system), etc.

PHE (plumbing system)-Water supply, sanitary drains, rainwater, storm water system in industrial as well as commercial/data center buildings.

• Knowledge of 3D Modelling Software is mandatory.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Navis work
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
• Knowledge of BIM 360 docs.
• Knowledge of BIM 360 Glue.
