Specialist Experiential Marketing Digital Products

We are seeking a dynamic Specialist Experiential Marketing Digital Products to support activations, events, and sponsorship initiatives specifically for our Digital Products portfolio (including ROX, FikrFree, Game Now, Zarr, Apna Clinic, etc.). This role is pivotal in crafting immersive, tech-integrated consumer experiences that drive engagement, adoption, and visibility for our digital offerings.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in executing insight-led, platform-specific marketing activations and will act as a critical liaison between the Digital, Product, and Brand teams to ensure strategic alignment and maximize impact across all experiential touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Activations Strategy & Execution:
- Design and implement experiential marketing strategies tailored for digital products.
- Support with end-to-end execution of activations, events, and sponsorships.
- Ensure activations are data-driven, tech-integrated, and aligned with platform-specific behaviors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Serve as the connective tissue between Digital, Product, and Brand teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
- Work closely with media, content, and performance teams to synchronize digital and experiential efforts.
Partnerships & Sponsorships:
- Identify and negotiate sponsorship opportunities aligned with digital product goals.
- Co-create branded experiences with partners and sponsors to enhance visibility and value exchange.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track campaign performance, consumer engagement, and ROI metrics across all experiential initiatives.
- Provide post-event analysis, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Innovation & Scalability:
- Stay ahead of experiential marketing trends in digital ecosystems (e.g., gaming, health-tech, digital education).
- Explore and integrate emerging technologies into experiential strategies.
