Marketing E-commerce Operations - Senior Manager

About The Position
We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Senior Manager to take charge of the daily animation of product and content channels on the JD.com web and mobile platform for the French market. You will be responsible for the user experience, the optimization of key performance indicators (traffic, conversion, retention), and the contribution to commercial growth through structured, local, and data-driven operations.
This cross-functional position offers strong exposure and a direct impact on the digital performance of JD.com in France.
Your Missions:
- You manage the daily operations of content and product channels on the mobile app and website: homepage, highlights, planning of placements, curation of content.
- You pilot the key performance indicators of the platform: daily active users (DAU), conversion rate, revisit rate, gross merchandise value (GMV).
- You analyze purchasing behaviors, French market trends, and user preferences to identify optimization levers.
- You design and execute localized campaigns around commercial and seasonal high points to maximize visibility and performance.
- You work in coordination with internal teams (design, product, analytics, marketing) to plan content, improve tools, and streamline operations.
- You localize content and promotional messages to ensure their relevance and impact on the French market.
- You monitor the performance through analytical dashboards, evaluate the results, and adjust actions to strengthen the effectiveness of the channels.
Profile Sought:
- You have at least 8 years of experience in digital platform operations, e-merchandising, content strategy, or e-commerce marketing, with a minimum significant experience with an e-commerce player.
- You have a very good understanding of performance logics on app and website, with concrete operational experience.
- You are comfortable with data, structured, and capable of analyzing KPIs to guide your decisions.
- You have a good knowledge of the digital landscape and consumer expectations in France.
- You enjoy working in a cross-functional and multicultural team, and you know how to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- You speak English fluently, French is required for this local role.
