PagerDuty is seeking a Director of Product Intelligence & Insights to build and lead a world-class product analytics function. This is a unique opportunity to shape how the leading digital operations management platform measures product performance, uncovers customer behavior trends, and drives data-informed decisions at scale.
As a senior leader in our Product Strategy & Growth organization, you'll define how we track, measure, and interpret what matters across our product portfolio—from self-service growth to enterprise adoption and everything in between. Your team will surface insights that power monetization, roadmap prioritization, and experience optimization across the entire customer journey.
In addition to leading internal analytics strategy, this role will own and product manage our customer-facing analytics experience. You'll bridge internal understanding of product usage with how customers see and realize value from their own usage: ensuring the message is clear: the more they use PagerDuty, the better their business performs. This is a critical function to align how we talk about value with how we deliver it, both internally and externally.
You'll partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Growth, GTM, and Finance leaders to ensure we're instrumented for learning and operating with clarity. This role is equal parts builder and strategist: setting vision, rolling up your sleeves to design frameworks, and scaling a team that brings data to life across the company.
