The Marketing Associate supports social media strategy and execution for Jhpiego's global accounts and oversees a large suite of country- and program-level social media accounts in addition to Jhpiego's global channels. The Marketing Associate plans the year-long calendar of content for Jhpiego's social media channels, working closely with the Marketing and Communications team to execute paid and organic campaigns that highlight Jhpiego's programs, technical expertise, and impact.
The role oversees Jhpiego's social media calendar, including campaigns and supports the marketing and communications team as needed around content creation. The role sources content from technical leaders and global communicators across the organization. The Associate also leads social media strategy for high-visibility conferences and events and is a content creator, routinely building innovative, on-brand text, and visual design for social channels and ensures paid advertising infrastructure is managed and constructed to perform successfully.
The Marketing Associate tracks social metrics and tracks social-media related KPIs for the marketing team.
