We have assembled a powerful orchestra of specialized talent. We are now seeking a Print & AI Growth Manager to be our Conductor. You will architect a unified growth model that drives success across our entire ecosystem, directing the team, owning the budget, and being singularly accountable for building a sustainable, AI-supercharged growth engine.
You will report to the Executive GM of Print & AI.
Architect the Complete Growth Engine: You will design and own the comprehensive growth model, creating a balanced strategy that works across diverse B2B and B2C customer segments. You will allocate resources to maximize portfolio return across all digital platforms.
Leverage AI as a Strategic Co-Pilot: You will embed AI and LLMs into the core of the growth function. This means using them to accelerate productivity, build predictive models for segmentation and churn, prototype entire campaigns, generate high-performing creative assets, and sense-check strategic decisions before committing resources.
Champion Product-Led & Viral Growth: You will treat our products as a primary engine for acquisition. You will lead initiatives to optimize user journeys for sharing and referrals across web and mobile app experiences, measure and improve our K-factor, and build AI-assisted systems to convert Product-Qualified Leads (PQLs) into valuable customers.
Cultivate Unpaid Growth Channels: You will look beyond paid media to build and scale our organic growth levers. You will set the strategy for AI-augmented SEO, App Store Optimization (ASO), and hyper-personalized content marketing, creating a defensible moat that lowers our blended CAC.
Lead & Unify the Marketing Team: You will be the direct strategic leader for our entire team, championing an AI-native workflow that makes every member more efficient and impactful.
