Community Marketing Manager

Jimmy John's (Strange Allegro)

Supporting multiple Jimmy John's locations in Missouri & Illinois. Starting at $20+/hour based on experience. Reliable vehicle required.

We are looking for a high-energy, outgoing, and community-driven person to help grow our Jimmy John's locations through local marketing, relationship building, catering outreach, and community engagement.

This is not a corporate desk marketing position. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and people-focused.

You will travel between our store locations, build relationships with local businesses and organizations, support store marketing initiatives, help drive catering sales, and create excitement around our brand in the communities we serve.

If you are self-motivated, organized, love interacting with people, and enjoy being out in the community instead of sitting behind a desk all day — this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

Travel between Jimmy John's store locations in Missouri and Illinois

Build relationships with local businesses, schools, hospitals, hotels, gyms, and community organizations

Help grow catering and delivery sales

Coordinate local store marketing initiatives and promotions

Organize and attend community events

Execute sampling opportunities and outreach campaigns

Work closely with store management teams

Assist with grassroots marketing and partnership development

Help create local awareness and increase store traffic

Capture social media content and community engagement opportunities

Track outreach activities and marketing results

Requirements

Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license REQUIRED and auto insurance

Comfortable traveling between multiple locations, including Illinois

Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Organized, dependable, and proactive

Comfortable approaching businesses and networking

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Restaurant, hospitality, sales, event, or marketing experience preferred
