Account Based Marketing Specialist

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, sales alignment, and high-impact execution, focused on driving growth within key enterprise accounts. You will design and deliver targeted, multi-channel ABM programs that engage decision-makers in the Learning & Development space. Working closely with sales and marketing leadership, you will translate account insights into personalized campaigns that strengthen pipeline and accelerate revenue. The environment is highly collaborative, remote-first, and performance-driven, with a strong emphasis on creativity, precision, and data-backed decision-making. You will own the execution of ABM initiatives end-to-end while continuously optimizing based on performance insights. Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing account-based marketing programs that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue expansion across high-value accounts.

  • Develop and execute targeted ABM and demand generation campaigns focused on priority accounts within the Learning & Development and B2B services space, ensuring strong alignment with sales priorities.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership and account teams to identify key accounts, refine buyer personas, and translate account intelligence into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Plan and deliver multi-channel ABM campaigns across email, digital, content, and owned platforms, ensuring consistent, personalized messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Create and manage synchronized ABM plays that align marketing and sales efforts, improving engagement, opportunity creation, and conversion rates.
  • Write and support development of tailored marketing assets including emails, landing pages, brochures, and campaign content to drive account engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using CRM and analytics tools, ensuring continuous improvement in ROI and pipeline contribution.
  • Maintain accurate campaign data, reporting, and execution quality while supporting smooth handoff of qualified leads to sales teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including at least 2 years in Account-Based Marketing or field marketing roles with measurable impact.
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, especially within service-based or enterprise environments, ideally with exposure to Learning & Development audiences.
  • Hands-on experience managing ABM campaigns, demand generation programs, and multi-channel marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and ability to manage, track, and optimize campaign performance using data insights.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and translate them into actionable growth improvements.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills for creating targeted, personalized marketing content.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and creative teams.
