Account Manager (Marketing)

Accountabilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high retention and consistent performance outcomes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading communications, strategy discussions, and performance reviews
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid social strategies, with a strong focus on Meta platforms
- Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations and action plans
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media buying, analytics) to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Oversee creative production workflows, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaign objectives
- Proactively identify performance gaps and adjust strategies to improve key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and CTR
- Manage multiple priorities across a high volume of accounts while maintaining attention to detail
- Act as a bridge between client expectations and internal execution teams to ensure alignment and clarity
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes, reporting standards, and overall client experience
Requirements:
- 3–4+ years of experience in paid social advertising, with strong expertise in Meta Ads
- Proven experience in a client-facing role within a marketing agency environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a high-volume setting
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across creative, media, and analytics functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset
- Nice to have: experience with SaaS, B2B, or legal clients, and exposure to multi-channel campaigns
