This is a high-velocity creative performance marketing role at the intersection of video production, growth experimentation, and AI-driven content creation. You will be responsible for producing large volumes of high-performing video assets optimized for multiple platforms, regions, and languages, directly contributing to global user acquisition efforts. Working closely with growth, affiliate, and creative teams, you will transform marketing concepts into compelling, data-driven video campaigns that scale across channels such as TikTok, YouTube, Meta, and CTV. The role demands both strong traditional editing expertise and deep fluency in emerging AI video tools, enabling rapid iteration and creative experimentation. You will help define scalable workflows, templates, and localization systems to support high-output creative operations. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where creativity, speed, and analytical thinking are equally essential.

Accountabilities:

• Produce, edit, and deliver high volumes of performance marketing videos tailored to different platforms, audiences, and international markets.
• Own the end-to-end video production process, from concept development through post-production, using both Adobe Creative Suite and AI video tools.
• Collaborate with Growth, Affiliate, Brand, and Regional Marketing teams to develop localized, high-impact creative campaigns.
• Continuously test, iterate, and optimize video assets based on performance data and A/B testing insights.
• Build scalable templates, workflows, and automation systems to support rapid content production and localization.
• Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and compliance across all creative outputs and global markets.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI video technologies and apply them to improve production speed, quality, and innovation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in video editing and motion design using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition).
• Strong hands-on experience with AI-powered video tools such as Runway, Pika, Google Veo, Synthesia, or equivalent platforms.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing creative strategies, especially for short-form, social-first video ads.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality video content at scale across multiple formats, languages, and platforms.
• Strong storytelling skills combined with a data-driven mindset for creative testing and optimization.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote, global environments with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in crypto, Web3, and emerging financial technologies is highly valued.
