Associate Director Marketing, PDAC

This role sits at the forefront of oncology commercialization, focusing on shaping and executing impactful marketing strategies for innovative therapies targeting pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. The Associate Director will play a key role in preparing and driving launch excellence for a pipeline of transformative RAS(ON) inhibitors in a highly competitive and rapidly evolving oncology landscape. Working within a cross-functional commercial organization, this leader will translate deep customer and market insights into compelling brand strategies and omnichannel execution plans. The role requires close collaboration with medical affairs, clinical development, market access, and external agencies to ensure alignment across all stakeholder touchpoints. With strong exposure to KOLs, healthcare providers, and patient ecosystems, this position is both strategic and execution-focused. It offers the opportunity to directly influence how breakthrough oncology treatments reach patients in need.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing and launch plans for PDAC-focused oncology assets, ensuring alignment with broader brand and portfolio strategy.
  • Translate deep customer insights into effective segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies across HCPs, KOLs, patients, and market access stakeholders.
  • Drive the creation and deployment of promotional and omnichannel content tailored to multiple stakeholder groups and engagement channels.
  • Partner cross-functionally with clinical, medical affairs, analytics, and market access teams to ensure integrated commercialization strategies.
  • Lead key launch readiness workstreams to ensure operational excellence and successful product introduction.
  • Oversee agency partnerships, ensuring high-quality execution of marketing initiatives within budget and compliance guidelines.
  • Monitor disease, competitive, and market dynamics to adjust strategy and optimize brand performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotech commercial marketing, ideally with oncology product exposure.
  • Proven success in developing and executing brand strategies and omnichannel marketing initiatives in a launch or pre-launch environment.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional influence skills in complex matrix organizations.
  • Deep understanding of oncology healthcare ecosystems, including providers, patients, KOLs, and access stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and evolving biotech environment.
