Accountabilities

• Lead program management to drive net sales, operating profit, and market share for the General Supply category.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize market and customer insights into actionable recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support Advertising and Promotion budgets, P&L analyses, and strategic planning for an $80+ million business.
• Develop and refine marketing communication and activation plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders to guide portfolio strategy and annual planning.
• Provide leadership support for commercial program development and execution, including pricing, sales collateral, and training initiatives.
• Represent the product category internally and externally with professionalism and positive energy.
