B2C Marketing Manager

We are currently looking for a B2C Marketing Manager in Spain. We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven B2C Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing initiatives for an innovative financial platform at the intersection of AI, crypto, and digital payments. In this role, you will define and execute acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies that directly influence product adoption, revenue, and user experience. You will operate across the full marketing stack, using data and AI-driven insights to optimize campaigns, personalize communications, and launch go-to-market strategies for new features and products. Collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Partnerships, you will shape campaigns that resonate with global audiences while driving measurable business outcomes. This role offers a fast-paced, flexible, and fully remote environment where creativity, experimentation, and strategic thinking are highly valued.

Accountabilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive B2C marketing strategies aligned with business goals and product roadmaps.
  • Execute go-to-market plans for new product features, expansions, and market launches.
  • Build data-driven user segments and develop targeted acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation campaigns.
  • Lead lifecycle marketing efforts, including email, in-product messaging, automation, and performance optimization.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor positioning to refine messaging and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Partnerships to maximize campaign impact and ROI.
  • Analyze marketing performance and present actionable insights to optimize strategy and execution.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably in fintech, crypto, or AI-native companies.
  • Proven success in launching and scaling lifecycle programs and GTM strategies across new regions or languages.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable using AI-powered analytics and attribution tools to derive insights.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and modern marketing technology stacks.
  • Ability to translate complex trends in AI, crypto, and payments into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach and a curiosity for emerging financial technologies.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with experience working in international environments.
  • Nice-to-have: experience marketing AI-powered products, US market exposure, and knowledge of Web3 social channels (Telegram, X, Discord).
