• Design wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and product screens using modern design systems and component libraries.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to research, validate, and prioritize new features.
• Ensure product decisions align with business goals, scalability needs, and user expectations.
• Document design standards and implementation guidelines to support accurate delivery.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks in processes or product flows, proposing practical solutions.
• Contribute to continuous product improvement through data-driven analysis and stakeholder feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar product-focused role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think in systems, processes, and scalable solutions.
• Experience gathering requirements and converting business needs into clear functional specifications.
• Proficiency with Figma and experience creating wireframes, prototypes, or interface concepts.
• Strong understanding of user journey mapping, workflow analysis, and usability principles.
• Experience working with design systems, symbol libraries, or component-based UI frameworks.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and hidden dependencies across systems.
• Excellent written communication skills in English with strong documentation abilities.
