Business Analyst (Product-Focused)

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst (Product-Focused) in Spain. We are seeking a highly analytical and product-driven Business Analyst to help shape the next generation of digital experiences. In this role, you will translate complex business requirements and customer needs into actionable specifications and intuitive user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, bridging product management, design, and development, ensuring that solutions are functional, scalable, and aligned with strategic objectives. Accountabilities:

• Translate business and customer requirements into detailed product specifications and user flows.
• Document system logic, edge cases, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design components using standard design systems.
• Collaborate with product managers and creative leads to research, analyze, and prototype new product features.
• Ensure that product decisions are structured, functional, and aligned with broader business objectives.
• Review workflows, identify gaps, and provide recommendations for system improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar product-focused role.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to consider usability, scalability, and business impact.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools, including experience with design systems.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into functional specifications.
• Skilled in user journey mapping, workflow analysis, and documenting functional requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with excellent written communication in English.
