This role requires a leader who can balance bold, data-driven acquisition strategies with deeply authentic brand storytelling. You will influence executive decision-making, build scalable marketing infrastructure from the ground up, and help transform a proven concept into a globally recognized leadership platform.
Accountabilities:
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in senior or executive leadership roles. You have a proven track record of scaling brands in high-growth, community-driven, membership-based, or experiential environments such as executive communities, premium lifestyle brands, media, hospitality, or similar sectors. You combine strong strategic vision with hands-on execution capability, and you are fluent across modern marketing disciplines including brand strategy, performance marketing, content, CRM, and analytics. You are an exceptional communicator with strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. A builder mindset is essential—you thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and create scalable systems from the ground up. Experience in experiential marketing, community building, and revenue-driven growth is highly valued, along with a deep belief in relationships as a core driver of business success.
