As a Client Product Manager, you will serve as a key liaison between sales, brokers, and enterprise clients to drive adoption and optimization of group insurance products. You will leverage your expertise in Disability, Absence, and State Paid Leave to provide consultative guidance, lead customer training, and support complex claims resolution. The role combines strategic product insight with hands-on client engagement, ensuring customers experience seamless, compliant, and effective insurance solutions. You will influence product value propositions, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to continuous improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Travel is required to support customer engagements and peak sales activities, offering the chance to interact directly with clients and brokers across diverse markets.
· Deliver external presentations, finalist meetings, training sessions, and system demonstrations for insurance products, ensuring clients and brokers understand capabilities and benefits.
· Conduct absence policy reviews and provide consultative advice on process or plan changes.
· Partner with product teams to shape value propositions, marketing materials, and presentations that highlight product differentiators.
· Facilitate timely resolution of systemic claims issues, collaborating with internal partners to improve processes and client outcomes.
· Act as a subject matter expert on group insurance initiatives, driving enhancements in customer experience and operational efficiency.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, consultants, clients, and internal business partners to support sales and client retention goals.
