Creative Lead, Lifecycle & Organic Growth

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly creative and customer-focused marketer to redefine how consumers emotionally connect with a fast-growing digital platform in the automotive space. In this role, you will shape the voice and personality of customer communications across lifecycle and organic growth channels, turning transactional messaging into meaningful experiences that build trust and loyalty. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Design, and Customer Insights teams to craft compelling messaging strategies that resonate with millions of users. The position offers broad creative ownership, direct collaboration with executive leadership, and the ability to influence brand perception at scale. Ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, this role combines strategic storytelling with hands-on execution across email, SMS, social media, and in-app experiences. You'll help create a brand customers genuinely connect with while contributing directly to long-term engagement and retention.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of lifecycle marketing communications across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Define and evolve a unique brand voice and messaging framework that strengthens emotional engagement and customer trust.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to create customer-centric communication strategies.
  • Transform existing transactional messaging into engaging, value-driven customer experiences that support long-term retention.
  • Develop compelling organic content across digital channels, including social media and community-based platforms.
  • Translate customer feedback, behavioral insights, and pain points into empathetic and high-impact copy.
  • Support experimentation and optimization efforts to improve engagement, conversion, and brand affinity.
  • Contribute to broader brand storytelling initiatives as the company expands its organic growth strategy.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in creative marketing, lifecycle marketing, or organic growth with a strong emphasis on copywriting.
  • Proven success creating engaging content across channels such as email, SMS, social media, and in-app experiences.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex or traditionally "dry" topics into accessible, emotionally resonant messaging.
  • Experience working in high-growth startup or consumer-focused environments.
  • Deep understanding of audience development, product positioning, and brand communication.
  • Familiarity with community engagement platforms and evolving social media ecosystems.
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution and experimentation.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
  • Portfolio showcasing creative writing, campaign work, and brand storytelling strongly preferred.
