Creative Lead, Organic Growth & Storytelling

This role is built for a senior creative marketer who will redefine how a fast-scaling consumer product communicates with its audience across organic and lifecycle channels. You will own the evolution of brand storytelling across CRM, email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging, ensuring every touchpoint feels human, emotionally resonant, and trust-building. Working in a highly analytical, experimentation-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with product, growth, and customer insights teams to translate user pain points into compelling narratives. Your work will shift communication from transactional and functional to meaningful and relationship-driven, directly influencing engagement, retention, and long-term brand affinity. You will also help establish a scalable creative and voice framework that shapes how the brand speaks across all organic surfaces. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where storytelling, copy, and audience understanding become core growth levers.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and lead the organic growth and lifecycle storytelling strategy across CRM, email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging, ensuring a consistent and emotionally engaging brand voice.
  • Transform transactional communications into meaningful customer relationships that build trust, improve engagement, and strengthen retention over time.
  • Partner with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to translate qualitative insights and user behavior into compelling narrative-driven messaging.
  • Develop and evolve a scalable brand voice and storytelling framework that can be applied across all organic and lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Expand storytelling influence into broader organic channels such as social media and community engagement as the role evolves, strengthening brand affinity and audience connection.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in creative marketing, copywriting, lifecycle marketing, or brand storytelling within fast-paced, consumer-focused environments.
  • Proven ability to craft high-impact messaging across organic and lifecycle channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app communications.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing craft and the ability to translate complex or emotionally sensitive topics into clear, engaging, human-centered storytelling.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, growth, and analytics teams in data-informed environments.
  • Deep understanding of audience psychology, brand narrative development, and organic growth strategies.
  • Ability to balance creative intuition with performance metrics while advocating for long-term brand equity and customer trust.
