Customer Marketing Manager (Bridge)

The Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving product adoption, retention, and customer advocacy across a diverse client base. Partnering closely with sales, product, and customer success teams, you will use insights from customer feedback and market trends to inform strategy. The position demands creativity, analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to measuring campaign effectiveness while enhancing the overall customer experience. Your work will directly impact engagement, revenue growth, and long-term customer satisfaction.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, in-app messaging, webinars, social media, and community forums to promote product features, best practices, and educational content.
  • Partner with customer success teams to identify, recruit, and nurture advocates, driving reviews, testimonials, and participation in community programs.
  • Transform customer stories into marketing assets such as case studies, video testimonials, and success stories that support new business and retention efforts.
  • Monitor customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive activities to inform marketing strategies and provide insights for product development.
  • Measure and report on the performance of customer marketing initiatives, including adoption rates, engagement metrics, advocacy participation, and revenue impact.
  • Develop, launch, and manage customer referral and loyalty programs, including establishing goals, KPIs, cross-functional coordination, and ongoing operations to maximize engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and promote customer-focused events, webinars, and workshops that drive attendance and participation.
