Digital Marketing Specialist

In this role, you will support the execution and optimization of high-impact digital marketing initiatives focused on driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROAS across key performance channels. You will work across affiliate marketing, paid search, and shopping campaigns, ensuring strong performance through continuous testing, optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Operating in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, CRM, and merchandising to align campaigns with broader business goals. You will also play a key role in managing external partners and platforms to ensure accurate tracking and execution. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical marketer who thrives in performance-driven digital environments and enjoys turning insights into action. Your work will directly contribute to improving conversion, traffic quality, and overall marketing efficiency.

Accountabilities:

  • Support, optimize, and grow affiliate marketing programs by managing publisher relationships, onboarding partners, and executing promotional campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
  • Monitor affiliate performance metrics such as ROAS, revenue, traffic quality, and customer acquisition efficiency, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Execute and optimize paid search and Google Shopping/PLA campaigns across branded and non-branded keywords, including bidding strategies and budget pacing.
  • Analyze campaign performance across digital channels, providing insights, forecasting, and actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Conduct A/B testing across ad copy, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates and marketing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, E-Commerce, CRM, Analytics, and Merchandising to support integrated campaigns and promotions.
  • Work with external agencies and platform vendors to ensure accurate execution, tracking, reporting, and optimization of campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing affiliate marketing, paid search, and/or Google Shopping campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Experience using platforms such as Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Microsoft Ads, CJ Affiliate, Impact, Rakuten, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and digital reporting or analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of key digital marketing KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
  • Experience in retail, fashion, or e-commerce environments is highly preferred.
