Director, Digital Product Operations

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced digital product operations professional eager to shape and scale enterprise-wide product operating models in a highly innovative environment. In this role, you will drive the evolution of product-centric ways of working by establishing scalable frameworks, governance practices, and operational standards that support long-term digital transformation. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders across technology, business, finance, agile, and governance functions to improve product delivery, transparency, and value realization. Accountabilities:

• Lead the design, evolution, and governance of the enterprise Digital Product Operating Model (DPOM), including standards, operating rhythms, lifecycle practices, and decision-making frameworks.
• Develop and maintain scalable product management playbooks that provide practical guidance for product teams, business stakeholders, and enabling functions.
• Define and operationalize enterprise product management standards related to OKRs, prioritization, roadmaps, portfolio planning, discovery, intake processes, and value realization.
• Evaluate, recommend, and drive adoption of enterprise tools supporting product operations, including roadmapping, analytics, portfolio management, documentation, and OKR platforms.
• Establish adoption metrics, maturity frameworks, and reporting systems to measure the effectiveness and scalability of product operating practices across the organization.
• Partner closely with finance, governance, agile enablement, architecture, technology, and business teams to integrate product-centric practices into enterprise workflows and decision-making.
• Influence senior stakeholders to adopt outcome-driven product methodologies and scalable operating mechanisms.
• Lead change management and product operations enablement initiatives while supporting the growth and development of product operations capabilities and teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years, Master's degree with 8+ years, or Doctorate degree with 4+ years of experience in digital product management, product operations, digital transformation, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience managing teams, programs, projects, or enterprise-level initiatives.
• Strong experience designing, scaling, or operationalizing product operating models within large and complex organizations.
• Deep understanding of digital product management practices, including product strategy, OKRs, roadmaps, prioritization, portfolio planning, analytics, and value realization.
• Experience evaluating and implementing enterprise product tools for roadmapping, intake management, portfolio governance, analytics, or documentation.
• Proven ability to define adoption metrics, maturity models, and reporting frameworks supporting organizational transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for executive and cross-functional audiences.
• Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities with experience collaborating across business, technology, finance, governance, agile, and change management functions.
• Familiarity with AI-native product development, generative AI workflows, or responsible AI principles is considered a strong advantage.
• Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, regulated industries, or large-scale digital enterprises is preferred.
