The Director of Finance for Pricing & Marketing will lead strategic financial initiatives that directly impact revenue growth and marketing effectiveness. This role combines analytical rigor with strategic insight, providing pricing guidance, promotional optimization, and marketing ROI analysis to drive profitable business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment of spend with corporate objectives, while developing data-driven strategies for pricing, promotions, and customer acquisition. The role also includes building dashboards, conducting A/B tests, and advising on investments to maximize financial performance. This position offers a high-impact, visible role in shaping business strategy within a dynamic, metrics-driven environment.
· Develop and execute pricing strategies, leveraging market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to optimize revenue and margins.
· Design and implement A/B testing and other analytical methods to refine pricing structures and promotional campaigns.
· Partner with marketing leadership to develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and spending efficiency.
· Conduct post-campaign analyses to measure ROI, including ROAS, MROI, CAC vs. LTV, and support long-term marketing attribution modeling.
· Provide financial guidance for strategic initiatives, including product launches, market expansions, and vendor negotiations.
· Build and maintain pricing analytics dashboards and KPIs to support real-time business decision-making.
· Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
