Director, Integrated Marketing

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead high-impact, data-driven marketing strategies within the higher education sector, directly influencing enrollment growth and institutional success. You will act as both a strategic advisor and hands-on marketing leader, managing integrated campaigns that combine brand storytelling, performance marketing, and audience acquisition. Working closely with university partners, you will translate business and enrollment goals into actionable marketing strategies supported by real-time insights. The position blends client leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will oversee a lean but high-performing team while partnering with analytics, creative, and enrollment stakeholders. This is a highly visible role where innovation, agility, and measurable impact are at the center of success.

Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the primary marketing lead for university partners, building trusted relationships and ensuring alignment with enrollment and brand objectives.
  • Design, execute, and optimize integrated marketing strategies focused on driving enrollment growth across multiple channels.
  • Oversee performance marketing initiatives, continuously analyzing data and testing new channels to improve reach and conversion outcomes.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all marketing touchpoints while delivering engaging and authentic messaging.
  • Analyze performance dashboards and translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop executive-level presentations and storytelling materials to secure stakeholder alignment and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including creative, analytics, demand generation, and project management to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Partner with enrollment leadership and marketing stakeholders to refine tactics and optimize recruitment outcomes.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency, scale, and performance optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7–10 years of marketing experience, ideally in higher education, education technology, or B2B2C environments.
  • Proven success in developing and executing integrated, performance-driven marketing strategies.
  • Strong experience managing client relationships and serving as a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing or mentoring direct reports preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and senior-level teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Wrike and Google Workspace is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic marketing actions.
