The Director of Marketing Operations will lead global marketing initiatives to drive multi-channel communications and operational excellence across digital, print, events, and internal channels. This role focuses on scaling marketing programs, improving ROI, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across key markets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Regulatory, and Training, to support product launches, campaigns, and events while optimizing marketing processes and leveraging data insights. This position offers a strategic opportunity to influence global marketing performance, mentor teams, and implement operational best practices in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare environment.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans that align with business and product objectives.
• Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all channels and regions.
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, digital campaigns, presentations, and event materials.
• Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality communication assets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Training, and Commercial teams to provide tools, training, and resources that support campaigns and product launches.
• Monitor department budgets, optimize resource allocation, and measure ROI.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and data privacy standards across all communications.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor the Global Marketing Communications and Tradeshows & Events teams to enhance operational efficiency and campaign impact.
