Director Of Media Innovation (Performance Marketing)

This strategic leadership role sits at the core of a fast-scaling Growth & Innovation Hub dedicated to driving performance marketing excellence and expansion. You will be responsible for identifying, testing, and scaling new growth opportunities across channels, audiences, and technologies. Acting as a key driver of innovation, you will transform experimental ideas into measurable business outcomes. The role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring strong expertise in performance media and creative strategy. You will lead multidisciplinary teams focused on media buying, R&D, and new market activation. This is a high-impact position designed for a leader who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments and wants to shape the future of digital acquisition.

Accountabilities:

You will define and lead the strategy of the Growth & Innovation Hub, ensuring structured experimentation, scalability, and performance across all initiatives.

  • Build, manage, and scale the Growth & Innovation Hub with clear operational frameworks and KPIs
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing media buyers and team leads
  • Oversee the launch and optimization of new client acquisition campaigns and emerging market tests
  • Lead R&D initiatives to explore new advertising platforms, traffic sources, and marketing approaches
  • Own and evolve performance creative strategy, including messaging, hooks, formats, and landing page alignment
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align innovation initiatives with broader business and growth objectives
  • Ensure all experiments are rigorously tested, measured, and optimized for scale

Requirements: You are a seasoned performance marketing leader with a strong analytical mindset, creative thinking, and a proven ability to scale teams and acquisition systems.

  • 10+ years of performance marketing experience, including at least 4 years in leadership roles focused on media buying or innovation
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and performance analytics platforms
  • Deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem and major digital acquisition channels
  • Proven ability to build and execute performance creative strategies, including testing frameworks and iteration systems
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in creative and campaign performance breakdowns (hooks, angles, formats, fatigue analysis)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and scaling cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex insights to senior stakeholders
  • Experience in fast-paced, data-driven environments such as performance marketing agencies
  • Exposure to North American markets and lead generation models is a plus
  • Fluent English required
