This role will be pivotal in leading the design strategy as we evolve our product offerings into a unified English Language Development platform. As a strategic partner on the R&D Leadership team, you will ensure that design is not just about aesthetics but about creating impactful user experiences. You will guide a team of talented designers and work collaboratively across functions to connect various tools and workflows to enhance classroom outcomes. Accountabilities

• Lead the Product Design team to ensure alignment with business objectives and design excellence.
• Develop and implement design strategies that foster integration and consistency across product domains.

• Engage with users and stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing Product Designers with a proven record of building and leading teams.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts to non-design audiences.
• Strong ability to provide constructive feedback and raise the standards of work.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on action, iteration, and experimentation.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in design workflows.
