Director, Product Management, Legal & Insurance

This role leads the vision and execution of enterprise AI products serving legal and insurance organizations, transforming how health data is accessed, analyzed, and applied. You will define product strategy, drive cross-functional initiatives, and oversee a team of product managers to deliver innovative, AI-powered workflows at scale. The position involves collaborating with engineering, data science, design, and operations teams to build secure, reliable, and impactful solutions. You will influence both product and organizational strategy while ensuring delivery excellence. Accountabilities:

• Define and own the long-term product strategy and roadmap for the Legal & Insurance AI product portfolio
• Identify opportunities to leverage health data connectivity to create differentiated products, insights, and automation
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex enterprise product initiatives, balancing regulatory, technical, and operational requirements
• Build and develop a high-performing, AI-native product organization that fosters innovation, efficiency, and strategic thinking
• Mentor and grow product management talent, scaling leadership and capability across the organization
• Drive AI-powered innovation across workflows and product lifecycles to enhance customer outcomes
• Partner with executive leadership to align product investments with organizational strategy and market needs

Requirements:

• 8–12+ years of product management experience, including enterprise or platform AI products
• 5+ years leading product management teams, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
• Experience defining and executing product strategy for large-scale, data-driven platforms
• Strong knowledge of AI, data analytics, workflow automation, and enterprise software products
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex product initiatives
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, legal, or finance preferred
• Excellent strategic thinking, systems thinking, and organizational skills
• Strong influence and communication skills to partner with executives, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders
