Director, Product Management

This role is a senior product leadership opportunity focused on driving end-to-end product-led growth across acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention for a high-scale SaaS platform. You will define and own the strategy for customer-facing growth experiences that directly impact revenue, conversion, and long-term customer value. The position combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring a leader who can operate across roadmap planning, experimentation, and cross-functional alignment. You will guide a team of product managers while partnering closely with engineering, design, analytics, and GTM teams to optimize the full customer journey. A strong emphasis is placed on AI-native product development, leveraging modern tools to accelerate experimentation, personalization, and delivery speed. This is a highly visible role that shapes how users discover, adopt, and succeed with the product at scale.

Accountabilities:

You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the entire product-led growth funnel, ensuring seamless experiences from acquisition through activation and retention. You will lead a team of product managers and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Define and execute the PLG strategy across marketing site, signup, onboarding, and self-serve product experiences
• Own funnel performance metrics including visit-to-signup, activation, conversion, and retention, driving continuous optimization
• Lead AI-native product development practices to improve personalization, speed, and experimentation across the funnel
• Drive a structured experimentation culture with rapid testing, learning loops, and data-driven decision-making
• Partner with sales, marketing, GTM, and monetization teams to align growth initiatives and shared outcomes
• Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management team focused on growth and impact
• Identify new growth opportunities and incorporate them into long-term strategic planning

Requirements:

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles managing teams
• Proven experience leading product-led growth initiatives across acquisition, onboarding, and retention
• Strong background in funnel optimization, experimentation, and data-driven product development
• Demonstrated success delivering revenue impact through product innovation and growth strategies
• Experience applying AI tools across the product development lifecycle (research, prototyping, iteration, and evaluation)
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
• Experience in SaaS environments with understanding of GTM motions and subscription-based business models
• Ability to operate with both strategic vision and tactical execution in high-growth settings
