Director, Product Marketing

This role is a senior leadership opportunity at the intersection of product strategy, storytelling, and market execution within a fast-evolving enterprise SaaS environment. You will define how complex solutions are positioned, communicated, and adopted across highly regulated industries, with a strong focus on Med Tech and Life Sciences. Acting as a key connector between Product, Sales, and Customer Success, you will shape go-to-market strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints. Your work will directly influence pipeline growth, win rates, and customer retention at scale. This is a high-impact role where strategic thinking meets hands-on execution. You will also contribute to shaping thought leadership and market perception in competitive global markets. The environment is collaborative, data-driven, and innovation-focused.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution in partnership with Product Management, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Enablement teams, ensuring alignment on positioning, messaging, and launch readiness.
  • Develop compelling product narratives, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that clearly articulate differentiation and drive market adoption.
  • Own product launches end-to-end, including internal readiness, external communications, analyst briefings, and post-launch optimization.
  • Build and deliver high-impact content such as case studies, persona messaging, webinars, executive presentations, website copy, and campaign assets.
  • Enable Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams with tools, training, and frameworks to improve win rates and customer expansion.
  • Drive competitive intelligence efforts, including win/loss analysis and market research, to inform strategy and strengthen differentiation.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging across all customer engagement and retention initiatives.

Requirements

This role requires a seasoned product marketing leader with strong experience in enterprise SaaS environments, ideally within regulated industries such as Med Tech or Life Sciences. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in translating complex technical solutions into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with executive and technical audiences alike.

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, including 3–5+ years in enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Strong background in go-to-market strategy, product launches, and sales enablement programs.
  • Proven ability to craft high-impact storytelling and messaging for diverse audiences, including executives and analysts.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and win/loss insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, influence stakeholders, and mentor or develop marketing talent.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini) to enhance productivity and decision-making is highly valued.
