Director - Product Marketing - Clinical Operations

This leadership role sits at the center of product, marketing, and clinical innovation within the life sciences software space. You will be responsible for shaping how Clinical Operations solutions are positioned and communicated across global markets, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact across the customer lifecycle. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring close collaboration with product strategy, sales, and field marketing teams. You will lead a growing team of product marketers while also owning key product narratives and go-to-market content for critical solutions. This is a highly visible position with influence across product direction, customer engagement, and commercial success. It is an opportunity to drive meaningful impact in a fast-paced, mission-driven, and innovation-focused environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of product marketers, ensuring high-quality execution, strong prioritization, and alignment across initiatives.
  • Own product marketing strategy and content development for key Clinical Operations solutions, including messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials.
  • Partner closely with product strategy teams to translate product vision and roadmap into clear external messaging and market narratives.
  • Develop and execute annual product marketing plans in collaboration with field marketing and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Contribute to major customer-facing events, including agenda development, customer storytelling, and supporting conference content execution.
  • Support sales enablement efforts and assist in field marketing campaigns to strengthen go-to-market impact.
  • Ensure consistency and clarity in messaging across all content formats, including presentations, written materials, and internal communications.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, with at least 2+ years in a people management role.
  • Strong ability to independently lead initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on clarity, conciseness, and storytelling.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical or product concepts into compelling market-facing messaging.
  • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and execution excellence.
  • Experience building strong cross-functional relationships across product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Ability to quickly learn complex products and industries, particularly in enterprise SaaS or life sciences environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
