First Party Casualty Design Lead Consultant - Remote

This position is pivotal in leading and developing complex consulting projects while ensuring that business optimization efforts are effectively implemented. The consultant will interact with various stakeholders to understand current and future business needs, oversee project completion, and provide actionable recommendations grounded in data analysis. As a leader, you will represent the business area in strategic planning activities and drive impactful change across departments on a global scale.

Accountabilities

• Demonstrates understanding of business systems and requirements

Requirements

• 2 or more years of First Party Casualty experience
• Strong analytical and data compilation skills
• Project management experience
• Skills in strategic planning and thinking
• Understanding of business optimization techniques
• Experience in collaborating with diverse teams and clients
• Ability to present and communicate complex data effectively
