  • Identify new product opportunities and improvements using quantitative and qualitative data to support decision-making.

  • Facilitate collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to ensure integrated execution of strategy.
  • Engage and communicate with executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment on vision, priorities, and product evolution.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience leading product teams, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Proven ability to define product strategy and manage complex product portfolios across multiple domains.
  • Experience translating business goals into clear, measurable product plans and outcomes.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience using product metrics, OKRs, and analytics to guide decisions.
  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts and related solutions (e.g., S&OP, DRP, VMI).
  • Experience with AI applications in product development and/or AI-powered product features is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level influence.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple priorities and complex ecosystems.
  • Nice to have: certifications in Product Management (e.g., PM3, TERA or equivalent).
