This role offers the opportunity to lead the vision and execution of innovative hardware and IoT solutions for industrial and fleet operations. You will define multi-year product roadmaps, shape user experiences for both physical devices and software, and drive impactful outcomes across multiple teams. The position requires a strategic mindset, technical expertise in embedded systems, and the ability to balance competing priorities to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure products meet high standards for functionality, reliability, and usability. Accountabilities:

· Own the vision, roadmap, and execution of hardware products and corresponding firmware capabilities.

· Deliver multi-year IoT device strategies that optimize fleet safety and telematics solutions.

· Lead new hardware initiatives from ideation through design, development, and launch, balancing technical trade-offs such as installation experience, compute, battery, and connectivity.

· Craft seamless user experiences for over 1 million+ deployed hardware devices.

· Collaborate across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to ensure products exceed customer expectations.

· Communicate product vision effectively to executives and stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.

· Maintain a customer-focused perspective, ensuring products solve real operational challenges and deliver measurable value.
