This role offers a dynamic opportunity to support client solutions by driving both opportunity development and the successful launch of new engagements. You will collaborate across functional teams to draft proposals, manage client interactions, and oversee project implementation from start to finish. The position requires balancing strategic thinking with operational execution, ensuring proposals are accurate, timely, and aligned with client needs. Accountabilities

• Lead the development of proposals, draft initial RFP responses, and coordinate input from subject matter experts to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain proposal repositories and collect necessary cost, scheduling, and functional elements for specialty areas.
• Actively participate in client-facing fact-finding sessions and capture actionable insights for opportunity development.
• Support operations leads in new program implementation, developing project plans and monitoring milestones to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Serve as liaison between clients, operations, and internal teams to ensure seamless transition post-implementation.
• Identify performance improvement opportunities, support strategic planning, and implement process enhancements across engagements.
