Growth Marketing Manager - Wellness & Consumer Goods DTC

This role sits at the center of a high-performance, data-driven DTC growth environment focused on scaling premium wellness products. You will own and evolve paid acquisition strategies across key digital channels, directly influencing customer growth, revenue efficiency, and brand reach. The position blends strategic ownership with hands-on execution, requiring deep expertise in performance marketing within competitive consumer wellness categories. You will work in a fast-moving, remote-first organization that values autonomy, experimentation, and measurable outcomes. The role demands both analytical rigor and creative thinking to continuously optimize funnels, creative assets, and campaign performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies. Accountabilities

In this role, you will own the end-to-end growth marketing strategy with a strong focus on paid acquisition and full-funnel performance optimization. You will be responsible for scaling campaigns profitably while continuously improving creative, targeting, and conversion efficiency. Your work will directly influence customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and overall business growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and execute paid media strategy across Meta and Google Ads, driving scalable and profitable customer acquisition
  • Own full-funnel performance, from ad creative and messaging to landing page optimization and conversion rate improvements
  • Design and run structured creative testing frameworks to identify high-performing ad concepts and scale winning assets
  • Analyze performance data using attribution and analytics tools to understand true campaign impact and optimize spend efficiency
  • Manage unit economics including CAC, LTV, and payback periods to ensure sustainable growth
  • Apply deep knowledge of the wellness and CPG landscape to inform positioning, messaging, and acquisition strategy
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives
  • Continuously refine campaign structure, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to improve performance

Requirements

This role requires strong hands-on expertise in performance marketing within DTC wellness, beauty, or consumer goods environments. You should be highly analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels. A strong track record of scaling paid media channels profitably is essential. Key requirements include:

  • 5+ years of growth marketing experience in DTC, ideally within wellness, beauty, or high-growth CPG brands or agencies
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including scaling high-budget campaigns
  • Proven success in scaling digital acquisition through testing frameworks, funnel optimization, and campaign restructuring
  • Strong experience with DTC analytics and attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam, GA4)
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing economics, including CAC, LTV, and ROI optimization
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
  • Strong creative intuition with experience developing or guiding high-performing ad creatives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in remote, cross-functional teams
