Growth Marketing Specialist

This role sits at the intersection of media strategy, performance marketing, and data-driven decision-making, where you will shape how large-scale campaigns are planned and optimized across multiple digital channels. You will be responsible for turning business objectives into actionable media strategies that drive measurable growth and strong ROI. Operating in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment, you will collaborate closely with execution teams to ensure campaigns are effectively implemented and continuously improved. The role is highly strategic, with a strong focus on planning, budgeting, and performance oversight across integrated marketing initiatives. You will work across programmatic, search, and social ecosystems while leveraging analytics to guide decisions. It is an opportunity to influence high-budget campaigns and contribute directly to business expansion through marketing performance excellence.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and lead full-funnel media strategies across programmatic, search, social, and other digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Translate business objectives into clear KPIs, audience targeting frameworks, and budget allocation strategies to maximize campaign performance.
  • Oversee planning and strategic direction for approximately 15–20 campaigns per year, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all initiatives.
  • Collaborate with execution teams (including programmatic traders) to ensure campaign delivery aligns with strategic intent and performance goals.
  • Lead vendor management processes, including RFPs, evaluation of media partners, negotiation of insertion orders, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide optimization insights, and deliver regular reporting with actionable recommendations.
  • Define measurement and attribution frameworks using analytics tools to support continuous improvement and long-term strategy development.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in media strategy, digital marketing, or campaign planning roles.
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising environments.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale media budgets, ideally exceeding $1M.
  • Strong expertise in DSP platforms such as The Trade Desk or equivalent tools.
  • Experience with performance analytics and tracking tools such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with RFP processes, vendor negotiation, and media partner management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic and actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and autonomous working style.
