As the Head of Product Growth, you will lead the development and execution of product-led growth strategies that drive self-serve revenue and activation at scale. You will own the growth engine, working across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization levers to unlock sustainable expansion. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, sales, and marketing, you will define metrics, run experiments, and translate insights into actionable strategies. You will operate in a remote-first European environment, driving both tactical execution and strategic vision to maximize product impact.

Accountabilities:

• Define and execute the growth strategy for self-serve and product-led initiatives, including revenue forecasting, target setting, and MBR leadership.
• Identify, prioritize, and optimize growth levers across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization to drive durable user engagement.
• Lead the design and implementation of experiments, ensuring reliable data capture, analysis, and actionable insights.
• Build and maintain robust growth dashboards to track critical events, funnel performance, and activation metrics.
• Operate as a player-coach, guiding a team of PMs and analysts while collaborating closely with engineering, product, and marketing to optimize user experience and conversion.
• Align product-led growth efforts with sales handoffs, defining PQL/PIQ metrics and ensuring smooth transitions between self-serve and enterprise channels.
• Hire, coach, and scale a high-performing growth team to support ongoing experimentation, lifecycle optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
