You will own and shape a next-generation on-chain marketplace, driving product strategy from concept to large-scale adoption. Accountabilities:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for an on-chain marketplace focused on RWAs, stablecoins, and yield tokenization
• Identify market opportunities across PayFi, cross-border payments, and decentralized finance, translating them into actionable product initiatives
• Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation and specification to launch and iteration
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to deliver high-impact product features
• Drive user adoption and ecosystem growth through strong product positioning and strategic partnerships
• Monitor product performance, analyze user feedback, and continuously optimize outcomes
• Represent the product in discussions with institutional partners, regulators, and ecosystem collaborators

Requirements:

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally within fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure
• Strong expertise in cross-border payments, PayFi, or how money moves across global systems (settlement, FX, compliance, payment rails)
• Experience working with or strong understanding of stablecoins, RWAs, or blockchain/DeFi ecosystems (preferred but not mandatory)
• Proven ability to build and scale products from concept to market in fast-paced or startup environments
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into strategic product decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business domains
• Entrepreneurial, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity
