As an Instructional Designer, you will shape the learning experiences that empower sales teams and professionals to excel. You will design, develop, and implement engaging educational programs, courses, and training materials that combine instructional best practices with modern educational technology. Working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders, you will ensure content is relevant, effective, and tailored to diverse audiences. Accountabilities

• Design and develop comprehensive instructional materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments.
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create effective, engaging learning experiences.
• Develop multimedia content, such as videos, simulations, and interactive e-learning modules.
• Conduct needs assessments and learner analyses to determine objectives and instructional strategies.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and stakeholders to gather content and integrate feedback.
• Utilize learning management systems and educational technology tools for content delivery and tracking.
• Design formative and summative assessments to measure learning outcomes and course effectiveness.
• Ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of instructional materials through review and testing.
