As an Instructional Designer, you will play a central role in developing innovative cloud-based curriculum and technical training content with a focus on AWS. You will collaborate closely with a remote, distributed team to design interactive learning solutions using industry-standard tools like Storyline and Rise. This role requires both creativity and technical expertise to translate complex concepts into engaging, learner-focused content. Working across time zones, you'll contribute to impactful learning programs that support technical skill-building and knowledge growth. Accountabilities:
- Design and develop AWS-focused technical curriculum, labs, and courseware.
- Create and update content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and other authoring platforms.
- Work remotely within an East Coast US-based team while adapting to flexible hours across time zones.
- Integrate seamlessly into client teams, supporting collaborative project delivery.
- Apply instructional design principles to deliver outcome-focused learning solutions.
