The IT Product Manager will lead strategic initiatives to modernize secure mail handling, document imaging, and digitization workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements. You will manage the full product lifecycle, prioritize backlogs, define KPIs, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-value solutions. This position requires collaboration with engineering, operations, and compliance teams, with a focus on leveraging cloud platforms, workflow automation, and secure data exchange technologies. Accountabilities

· Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, including roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and KPI definition.

· Collaborate with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to deliver secure, scalable IT solutions.

· Conduct competitive analysis, assess emerging technologies, and recommend enhancements to maintain product relevance.

· Gather, validate, and refine business requirements through stakeholder engagement, market research, and data analysis.

· Monitor product performance, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes, making strategic adjustments as needed.

· Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and shared understanding.

· Manage product budgets and resources to maximize ROI and meet financial targets.

· Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

· Ensure all products and processes comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, FedRAMP, NIST).
