This role provides an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic technical support team focused on automation testing tools. You will work closely with product and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, support customers, and contribute to product improvements. Accountabilities
- Collaborate with the product team to perform beta testing and reproduce product issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely technical assistance via multiple communication channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while documenting solutions for knowledge sharing.
- Work with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and suggest improvements to product functionality.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, updates, and enhancements.
- Contribute to the development of support resources, including knowledge base articles and FAQs.
