Accountabilities

• Own the planning and execution of the agency's daily marketing efforts across various channels.
• Translate high-level marketing and growth priorities into actionable campaigns and content plans.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns.
• Manage and optimize marketing efforts using HubSpot and other marketing tools.
• Track and analyze marketing performance, using insights for continuous improvement.
• Develop and oversee production of diverse marketing content including blogs and email campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent content publishing schedule and manage an editorial calendar.
• Identify and coordinate opportunities for presentations at conferences and events.
• Ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the brand across all marketing initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities with a focus on improving efficiency through AI tools.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or agency contexts.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a required writing sample.
• Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with Google Analytics and marketing performance tracking.
• Highly organized with exceptional project management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially with sales.
• Experience with content management systems like Drupal.
• Familiarity with higher education institutions or markets is preferred.
