Staff Product Designer

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong UX strategy and systems thinking capabilities.
• Technical literacy in Git and developer workflows.
• Ability to communicate effectively across functions.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, fintech, or gaming.
• Genuine curiosity about games and player purchasing behavior.
