As a Lead Product Designer, you will craft engaging and intuitive experiences for developers and users interacting with complex digital platforms. You will take a central role in shaping product experiences, collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and fellow designers to translate technical challenges into elegant, user-friendly solutions. This position offers the opportunity to influence the end-to-end developer journey, including dashboards, onboarding, and feature interactions, impacting millions of users worldwide. Accountabilities

• Lead the design of core developer-facing platforms, ensuring cohesive, intuitive, and visually appealing experiences.
• Translate complex technical requirements into high-fidelity prototypes and fully realized product designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
• Champion accessibility, simplicity, and trust in all design solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and designers to implement designs effectively.
• Explore and prototype new ideas to enhance developer engagement and product adoption.
• Maintain consistency across design systems, dashboards, documentation, and resources.
